    This is the Swedish Institute Management Program (SIMP) Africa 2023 for young African leaders. Swedish Academy Management Program(SIMP) provides you with proven tools and knowledge from experts to help you put sustainability at the heart of your strategy and take your leadership to the next level. The program is based on Sweden’s prominence in innovative and sustainable business and its connections to the global economy.

    The plan runs from April toNovember 2023, and Meeting online throughout and taking place for one week in Sweden in October 2023. It includes coaching, interactive workshops and lectures, as well as meetings with company and business representatives. Swedish organization.     If you are very motivated to run your business in a sustainable way and implement Your sustainable business practices organize, You also have the responsibility to drive strategyintegrated circuit changes throughout your business – then the answer is you!

    • You must be a citizen and resident of Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand or Vietnam.
    • Your organization or business should be locally owned and headquartered in Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, or Vietnam.
    • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of success.
    • You are willing to support and share your experience and knowledge with other participants.
    • Your English written and spoken skills are both high.
    • You have received higher education.

    The business leaders we are looking for are already CEOs or senior managers of small to medium-sized businesses, or managers of important and unique departments in larger businesses who are responsible for the bottom line of their businesses.

    Approximately 30 participants will be selected for the program and people of any age are welcome to apply.

    How to apply

    Only applicants who submit a complete application will be considered for the program. To apply for Swedish Academy Management courses, please visit the application portal and select the course you would like to apply for.

    Here are the steps you need to take to submit your application:

    • Register your profile in the application portal.
    • Select the program you want to apply for.
    • Answer all questions in the different sections of the application portal (located in the left menu).
    • Upload your resume and employer references in the Documents section and photos in another section. A resume is mandatory, letters of recommendation are not mandatory but recommended. Templates are available here.
    • After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email.
