The MEL Scholarship Trust Fund (STF) is open to underprivileged international students who wish to pursue undergraduate and master’s degrees in the Netherlands during the academic year 2023-2024. This scholarship provides a tuition fee reduction of 10% to 20%.

MEL Scholarship Trust Fund Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the MEL Scholarship Trust Fund, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Required language: English
- Eligible countries: All countries in the world
- Candidates must be eligible for admission to the MEL program, so they must submit a MEL program application before submitting their STF scholarship essay. Submissions to the scholarship competition must be the candidate’s original work.
- Recipients should join MEL in the same academic year for which they apply, scholarships cannot be transferred to the following year.
- All other expenses such as remaining tuition fees, accommodation, transportation, insurance, etc. are borne by the candidate.
- You must have passed an English language test. IELTS and TOEFL are generally accepted, but institutions may also accept other exams, such as Cambridge English.

- The paper should be no less than 3,000 words and no more than 4,000 words, including tables, charts and bibliography. Through the essay, the applicant should be able to demonstrate his or her academic potential and good writing skills.
