    Nestlé offers MBA scholarships to women in developing countries – 2023

    This is the Nestlé MBA Scholarship for Women in Developing Countries – Applications Open. Interested and qualified candidates should review the scholarship guide below to learn about eligibility, requirements, and how to apply.

    The Nestlé Scholarship for Women was first awarded in 1997 and was initiated by a group of IMD MBA students who wanted to encourage women to pursue MBA.

    The main purpose of this scholarship is to encourage high achievers from around the world who do not necessarily have the financial means to apply, but do possess the potential, drive and enthusiasm we are looking for. If you’re willing and able to join this select group, we want to help.

    IMD is committed to promoting diversity through merit- and need-based MBA scholarships, which are awarded to candidates who apply for and are accepted into the IMD MBA program.

    Important details of the Nestlé MBA Scholarship for Women in Developing Countries

    • Application deadline: Same as application for admission
    • Your scholarship application form can be found directly in your application for admission
    • Criteria: Proven financial need, good academic record, strong letters of recommendation and stable career advancement
    • Please see the Financial Planning section of the admissions application to apply for financial need scholarships
    • Continuously acknowledge recipients

    These scholarships are awarded to the most well-rounded applicants who meet additional criteria. There is no need to apply for the scholarship, but recipients are typically those with high GMAT/GRE scores who have clearly demonstrated qualities such as career advancement, international perspective, open-mindedness and strong interpersonal skills between application and assessment dates. Recipients are confirmed when the offer of admission is made.

    IMD Nestlé Masters Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

    Female candidates who have applied for the IMD Full-time MBA program and demonstrated financial need

    1. Employees of Nestlé and its subsidiaries are not eligible.
    2. Demonstrate financial need by completing a financial aid application
    3. Admitted to IMD MBA Program
    4. Submit an article discussing this issue:

    Many believe that diversity in an organization’s top management team is good for profits and customers. What suggestions do you have as a way to achieve greater diversity?

    (maximum 750 words)

    Preference is given to women from developing countries. Employees of Nestlé or its subsidiaries are not eligible.

    Application instructions:

    Submit a 750-word article titled “Building a diverse and inclusive workplace requires engagement and accountability from every member of the organization. What suggestions do you have as a way for Nestlé to better cultivate allyship among employees?” (750 words)

    Applicants must have been admitted to the IMD MBA program before applying.

    Financial Need: Submit IMD MBA Financial Aid Form and supporting documentation to [email protected]

    Scholarship applications are essay-based, and winning essays typically include the following characteristics:

    1. Relevance to the title of the paper
    2. Organizational structure
    3. fully developed argument
    4. persuasiveness
    5. Personal elements and/or enthusiasm
