code of Conduct
Nuffic or Nuffic-managed programs may not engage in activities involving unacceptable behavior. It may be related to interpersonal or financial misconduct or abuse of power. Nuffic has a Code of Integrity to combat unacceptable behavior. Additionally, activities involving the following situations/behaviors are considered unacceptable:
- Bankruptcy, insolvency or winding up proceedings;
- Breach of obligations relating to the payment of taxes or social security contributions;
- Conduct associated with criminal organizations;
- money laundering or terrorist financing;
- Terrorist crimes or crimes related to terrorist activities;
- irregularity;
- Create shell companies;
- Become a shell company.
As we implement our plans, we acknowledge our Code of Conduct. In our Code of Conduct, we describe how we put our mission and values into practice every day. We explain the professional and ethical behavior expected of all of us and those dealing with individual Dutch scholarships.
