    • Professor Uju Anya shares personal details about her sexuality, marriage and upbringing, revealing that she loved her husband but ultimately chose to be with a woman and has his full support.

    Professor Uju Anya opened up about her personal life, sexuality and marriage on a recent episode of The Witches Podcast.

    Anya reveals that she truly loves her husband, even though she realizes she needs to be with a woman. According to her, their marriage was based on honesty and mutual understanding, as both parties were dating other people at the time.

    “This is not a fake marriage. I am in love legally.” she said, describing their relationship as passionate, adding “The intimacy is amazing.”

    Looking back on her background, Anya spoke about her childhood, revealing that her mother left her father when she was ten years old after years of humiliation and physical abuse. She also described her father as a womanizer.

    The professor further revealed that she has been an atheist for the past decade, describing it as part of her personal growth and evolution.

    Anya shared a major turning point in 2024 when her husband fully supported her decision to pursue relationships with women. She noted that this journey ultimately led to marriage and marked a new chapter in her life.
