    • Yul Edochie has been appointed as the Ambassador and Deputy South East Coordinator of Seyi Tinubu’s “Relax, Tinubu is Fixing Nigeria” initiative.
    • His appointment sparked reactions online.

Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has been appointed as the Ambassador and Deputy South East Coordinator of the “Relax, Tinubu is Fixing Nigeria” initiative launched by Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu.

The unveiling was announced through the program’s official channels, which featured Yul Edochie, as part of efforts to promote the program’s message and expand its reach in the South East region.

The “Relax, Tinubu is Solving Nigeria’s Problems” initiative aims to mobilize public support for and participation in the policies and reforms of President Tinubu’s administration.

Yul Edoch’s appointment has since sparked mixed reactions on social media, with supporters praising his involvement and critics questioning the move and its message.

In other news… A man has recently attracted widespread attention online for allegedly choosing to go to jail rather than return 2.5 million won that was accidentally deposited into his bank account.

This story was shared by @StHonorable on X (formerly Twitter).

    Read the tweet below…

The young man allegedly deposited 2.5 million into his account by mistake. He then allegedly immediately transferred the money to another account, preventing the reverse transaction from occurring.

Police searched for him while he was in hiding until he was eventually arrested. When ordered to return the funds, he allegedly stood his ground and refused, saying he would rather be jailed.

Even when asked to return the remaining balance, he reportedly insisted he would be jailed because he would not return the money. If you were in his shoes, how would you handle the situation?
