    • Udaya Awesome Chidiebere, known as “Deacon Famous” has publicly accused his former friend Ekene Umenwa of betrayal.
    • The aftermath of their friendship happened about a year ago.
    • Deacon Famous posted a video accusing Umenwa of making negative remarks about his wife and past lovers.

Sketch creator and actor Udaya Awesome Chidiebere popularly known as Deacon Famous has once again targeted his former close friend Ekene Umenwa, accusing her of betrayal.

A year after their friendship ended on an unpleasant note, Deacon Famous released a video in which he accused Umenwa of speaking negatively about his wife and former lover.

He also claimed that he had shared the script with her, but after traveling with the team, she failed to show up and completely ignored him.

In a recent clip, the actor claimed that Elken was rude when talking to his spiritual mother on the phone. He said she warned his mother to be careful about him and suggested she would be responsible if anything happened to him.

Deacon Famous also said Umenwa called him a “spoiled, misguided son” and called his spiritual mother multiple times, even while she was conducting online services, reportedly making more than 40 calls.

Read some of the comments below:

@eshibaks: “I love Ekene and don’t believe the way she is portrayed. There are always two sides to a story. It’s childish of Deacon Famous to go out in public and seek pity. Friends do have a problem, make sure you fix it and don’t cause a ruckus!”

@akinde_ola: “Ekene is so mean and evil she told Deacon Famous she would make him disappear. Ekene is the devil incarnate.”

@real_iryn: “This guy is just using this story to drop his new movie so it will become popular and he will enjoy the traffic.”

@realfabbest: “When everyone is saying pretty much the same thing to you, I’m going to give you a good ego check and realignment sister Jesus.”

@blessings6083: “Those who supported her were not telling her the truth. She took advantage of those who supported her. Let her ask for forgiveness and make peace.”
