For years, many Nigerians have wondered about the identity of the smiling policewoman, whose photo appeared on the official portal of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). Now the mystery is solved.
The woman in this popular photo is Adetuk “Tuk” Morgan. She served in Lagos State during the 2013 Batch C service year. During orientation camp, she was an active member of the brigade band and belonged to Platoon Seven.
Her photo later appeared on the NYSC portal, attracting the attention of thousands of users. Over time, she became the unofficial “face” of the program, with many wondering who she was.
After a year of service, Tuc Morgan began his career in the creative industries. She is a professional saxophonist, model, blogger, photographer and online media personality through her platform Tuke’s Quest. She also leads a band that performs at weddings and special events across Nigeria.
Tuke later joined Nollywood and appeared in films such as Wives and Love in Every Word 2, where her band performed in wedding scenes.
