- During the replay, she observed something unusual about the experience.

A Nigerian woman named @adeola_alaba on TikTok has sparked reactions online after she shared her observations on the ongoing Hallelujah Challenge prayer program.
She explains in the video that she’s often unable to join a live stream at the exact time it’s being broadcast. Instead, she watched the replay the next morning and noticed something unusual about the experience.
According to her, unlike other YouTube videos that are often interrupted by ads and need to be skipped, she did not encounter any ads while watching the Hallelujah Challenge replay.
She said:
“So I noticed something. Whenever I watch the Hallelujah Challenge, because I can’t watch it I usually can’t watch it during live hours But just like when I watched it the next morning, I never saw any YouTube ads. Like, the programming is always non-stop, which is great. But I wonder why only Hallelujah challenge? When I watch shows on other channels, I always have to skip one ad or another. But that’s not the case at the Hallelujah Challenge. “
The Hallelujah Challenge is a global praise and worship movement started by Nigerian gospel singer and pastor Nathaniel Bassey. The program is held regularly and attracts participants from all over the world.

In other news… A Nigerian man has caused a stir on social media after claiming he was assaulted by his ex-girlfriend while visiting his residence.
The incident came to light after user @teniiola posted a video of him on X, in which he emotionally recounted his experience and asked the public for help.
In his account, the man explained that he had ended the relationship and had no intention of reconnecting with his ex. However, she reportedly showed up at his house and bought him a drink.
He claimed that shortly after consuming the alcohol, he lost consciousness. When he regained consciousness, he found himself lying on the bed and suspected that he was being taken advantage of. He added that he had felt unwell since the alleged incident.
The young man also appealed to Nigerians for financial assistance to support his recovery, saying he needed help with basic care as he dealt with the consequences of the situation.
In his words: “I just woke up tonight. Yes, you can see I’m coming downstairs. So I’m on my own. No, so this girl said she won’t see me.
I said I didn’t want to see her. This is my ex. I’ve broken up with her. I said I would never see that girl again. Well, she said I should come see her. I disagree. Then she came to my house. She handed over a drink and said she wanted to come in and I wanted to give her money but couldn’t pursue her when I tried. Later she came in and offered a drink.
Now, she won’t give me a drink and makes me drink it, as I drink it, or sleep in the living room before I realize I’m in bed. This girl impressed me even more. I plead. I have no idea. I don’t feel good. I have no idea. I will not post my account abeg to donate money for me to buy milk abeg. Please help me share this video. “
