    “Nollywood bad boy” officially becomes box office king 2026. Timini EgbussonThe latest masterpiece, “Love and New Notes”did something unimaginable—earned an astonishing amount of money 106.5 million₦ Opening weekend only!

    While most Nollywood stars wait for the December holiday rush, Timini proved that the month doesn’t matter if the movie is a hit.

    For years, the opening club of ₦100M+ has been reserved for December releases. but “Love and New Notes” (Published February 13, 2026) breaks this tradition. now officially becomes The first ever Nollywood film to cross £100m outside the December window.
