The Adeleke-Momodu family feud has just reached a whole new level of “Gbas Gbos”.

As veteran publisher and media mogul Delete mode Superstars are trying to calm down the social media storm Davido A clear message has been sent: He’s not interested.

Voices of canceling tracking spread around the world

Eagle-eyed fans noticed today, Friday, February 20, 2026Davido has officially Unfollow Dele Momodu on Instagram. The move comes less than 24 hours after Uncle Dele told fans on his page that everything was being handled “behind the scenes.”

“Working behind the scenes?” Davido said no!

As Liberia pays tribute to former Vice President Jewell Howard Taylor, Dele Momodu has posted a reassuring message to fans begging him to resolve the feud between Davido and his niece, sophia fashion.

“There is nothing to worry about. Everything is going to be fine… We are working behind the scenes. Please pray for everyone,” Momodu wrote.

But it seems that Davido was not consulted on this “peace mission.” Sources close to the singer say he is still angry about the recent court drama, with Sofia’s lawyer reportedly referring to his late son, Ivanyamid a custody battle. By de-tracking Dele Momodu, Davido effectively shut down any narrative of his preparedness to perform.

The history of “Uncle Dele” and Davido

This is not the first time Davido and Ovation bosses have clashed. Remember the “baby abduction” incident in 2015? That’s when we get that legendary line: “Mr. Dele is my child, Dele is my child” from songs “Bud Bado Badster”.

They got back together at the 2017 Ovation Red Carol Festival, but this breakup in 2026 feels more personal. With the custody case officially withdrawn and bridges with Dele Momodu now on fire, Davido seems focused on one thing: Protect his peace and his legacy.

đź’¬ The comment section is very popular!

Was Davido right to unfollow Uncle Dele for speaking out about his family matters? Or should he respect the elders’ reconciliation efforts? Leave your comments below!
