At the age of 40, I found that I was more in line with my identity than ever. In the past few decades, it has been filled with courses. It is a bit difficult and happy, but it is very valuable. I grew up in the way I never thought about it and became the one I was proud of it. Sometimes I doubt myself, I want to know if I have embarked on the right path. But now, I see where every twist and turning make me completely need to go.
Let go of the pressure
When you are young, you will feel tremendous pressure, to figure out everything at a certain age to hit those “life goals”. However, if I have learned one thing, it is related to the boxing box. This is about enjoying this process. After years of breathing, 40 -year -old 40 years old finally exhaled. I no longer rush to meet some social schedule. Instead, I am tasting my own life, the relationship between raising, and the work I created.
Celebrate the achievement
I review the past 40 years with great gratitude. From starting my YouTube channel, developing a community, to becoming a 5 -year -old mother (you are still doing me like movie skills), and these experiences are browsed in all the joy and challenges that follow, these experiences Make me shape me. I understand that success is not only about professional achievements or your achievements on paper. The real success is to know your actual life and contribute to the world in a meaningful way.
I am excited for the future
The beauty of 40 is that there are still many. I am excited about the strength of the next ten years-new experience, deeper connection and more personal growth. If I taught me anything in the past, it was that life would continue to surprise me and inspire me. I am ready.
This new chapter feels like an invitation, focusing on real important things: family, self -care, purposeful work and intention to live every day. I no longer feel that I need to chase things. I learned that everything I need is already in my body, or I will find it in time.
Thank you journey
When I entered the age of 40, I would feel very grateful-for the journey, for the people who walked with me and the lessons I learned along the way. I don’t know what will happen in the future, but I do know that I am entering this new stage with opening my arms to prepare for everything in the next. The 40 -year -old feels like a new beginning, and I will never feel excited again.
