    Nigeria Essence: Smoked Yolov Rice

    Jollof Mi is the staple food of West African food, known for its vitality, spicy taste and strong aroma. This recipe adds a pleasant flavor through baking vegetables, injects a strong smoky flavor, and enhances this dish to a new height.

    This smoky Jollof rice is suitable for any occasion, which is not only easy to make, but also very delicious.

    raw material

    (6 people)

    2 big red sweet peppers

    6 tomatoes

    2 red onions

    1 Scottish hat pepper

    1/2 tablespoon dry Baili Xiang

    1 tablespoon of hot curry powder

    2 slices of moon cinnamon leaves

    1 vegetable broth

    1 tablespoon of tomato sauce

    Salt, moderate amount

    3 cups of golden butterfly saddle Indian fragrant rice

    2 cups of water

    method

    1. Cross -green pepper, tomato, red onion, and Scotland hat peppers are roughly chopped. Put on a baking sheet paved with a paper, pour 2 tablespoons of oil, put it in a preheated oven, and bake for 25 minutes with 250 degrees Celsius. After baking, stir the vegetables evenly.

    2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot, and then saute Red onion slice. Add mixed mixture and seasonings (Baili, curry, bay leaves, broth, tomato mud and salt). Cook medium heat for 5 minutes.

    3. Add rice and 2 cups of water. Fully stir to mix all ingredients. Cover the lid and cook in low heat for 25-30 minutes until the rice is cooked. With any side dishes you choose, such as the front of the car, the salad, etc.
