The Kogi State Vigilante Service Department has arrested a infamous armed robber and motorcycle snatch, Abdulraheem Muhammed in Okens.
Saka, the head of the ICT/Media department of the CG office Kogi State Vigilante Service, revealed this in a statement on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. He said that the suspect was engaged in the muzzle to snatch motorcycles.
The statement said: “On January 26, 2025, about 1715 hours, Abdulraheem Muhammed, the resident of the Idoji in the Oakni local government area, was arrested by the Kogi State Vigilante Services of Okene Command.”
“It is said that the criminal suspect is the infamous armed robber and professional bicycle snatch.
“During the preliminary interrogation, Abdulraheem Muhammed acknowledged that several incidents involved in the muzzle grabbing motorcycles.
“The suspect has been handed over to the appropriate authorities for further investigation and prosecution.
“Kogy’s alert ritual praises its agents’ vigilance and rapid action in ensuring community safety. We also urged residents to maintain a sense of safety and immediately report any suspicious activities to appropriate authorities.”
