Peter Obi clarified that he was open to the league before the 2027 election.

Nigerian News Nalin It is reported that Peter Obi, a Labor Presidential candidate, expressed his willingness to the alliance before the 2027 election.

OBI clarified on X on Tuesday through his social media account.

According to him, he is open to an alliance that given priority to the benefits of ordinary Nigerians and progress.

This was after Obi’s efforts to form an alliance after Obi first rejected former vice president Atiku Abubakar and other opposition leaders. Obi once said that he would not recognize any alliance that only controlled by power.

However, the former governor of Aanbula claimed that his previous interviews were distorted by the media.

他写道:“我观察到昨天我的诚实采访被许多媒体误导了,创造了一个虚假的叙述,使我的立场歪曲了我的立场。让我保持唱片。我不反对联盟。实际上,我It is to do so, not to grab power, but to position Nigeria.

“I don’t, nor will I advocate any alliances or alliances that have no preferential consideration of ordinary Nigerians and progress.

“Any discussion on governance must be concentrated in the sense of daily Nigerians, as well as how to solve key issues such as obtaining high -quality medical care and education and making people get rid of poverty.

“In the history of our country, individuals and groups are usually gathered only for power. Such efforts, without real goals and vision, will only deepen our challenges and make ordinary Nigerians the first. This is my firm Oppose.

“Leaders must be service, not self -interest. As I have maintained, new Nigeria is possible.

“But it requires us to change the way of thinking about power. This is not to catch it; this is about changing life in a responsible manner and ensuring the future of several generations.”

Obi ranked third in the last presidential election in 2023.
