Prosecutor John Okpa told the court earlier that he did not apply for compensation from the stolen items because they had recovered from Yunusa.
The referee Oyepeju Mustapha was sentenced to two -month community services at the court in the court and ordered him to provide the guarantor. Mustapha said that without the guarantor, Yunusa would have to serve a sentence for a month.
Prosecutors have said that Jibrin Dauda, a boss of Enza, reported the matter at the headquarters of Dawaki at Abuja Dawaki on January 12.
