FG has announced a 77k payment to the members of the Legion.
Nigerian News Nalin It is reported that Yusha Aihamd, the director of the National Youth Service Team, will announce that starting in February 2025, the members of the Legion will begin to obtain a new 77,000 subsidies per month.
NYSC DG revealed this with the 2024 batch “C” streaming II Legion of Katsina State on Thursday.
Ahmed confirmed that this increase has been included in the federal government budget in 2025. Once the budget is passed, it will take effect.
He said: “This month (January) has ended, but once the budget passes, by the next month (February), you will start to get N77,000 instead of the usual N33,000.”
Ahmed emphasized the government’s commitment to the welfare and security of the legion members, and urged them to return to gestures through diligent service.
He assured the members of the Legion that they would not be sent to areas with security threats, and pointed out: “We will not send our legion members to any areas that face security challenges. No matter where we send it, they should ensure that they should be ensured “It can be safe and reliable” he said.
