Emefo Etudo, a lawyer of Evans, emphasized his client’s efforts to recover during the imprisonment. ETUDO revealed that Evans used the educational opportunities provided by the federal government to obtain an Economic Education Certificate (NCE), thereby becoming a certified teacher.
