On Monday, January 3rd, the Kano State High Court sentenced five men to D3ATH to D3ATH because a 67 -year -old woman Dahare Abubakar was suspended and they were accused of witch.

Judge Usman Na’A’BBBA made a judgment and ruled that the prosecution had established a case against the defendant under reasonable doubt.
The judge ruled: “I hereby sentenced the defendant to the murder, and the sixth defendant was innocently released Nabi’a Ibrahim because there was evidence that she was not at the scene.”
Prosecutor Lamido Abba-SORONDINKII told the court that the criminals doubted her suspicion of witchcraft at about 8:30 am to attack the victim. They followed her to her farm and stabbed her with dangerous weapons.
Dahare was taken to Wudil General Hospital, where she was confirmed by the doctor D3AD.
To support the case, the prosecutor proposed four witnesses and two exhibitions, including the defendant’s statement and medical report.
The defendant denied the allegations, but the judge found that their testimony was convincing.
Although eight witnesses were introduced in their defense, the court maintained the crime of criminal killing in the case of the leadership of their lawyer Ma’aruf Yakasai.
