Now, one of the most iconic homes in pop culture is for sale, as Kris Jenner lists luxury homes in Keep up with Kardashians $13.5 million.
The Hidden Villa Manor spans 8,860 square feet and has six bedrooms, becoming a key feature of the hit TV series. Fans will immediately recognize the home’s iconic elements, including black and white checkered foyer flooring, kitchen tables for countless family moments, and the backyard for hosting the luxurious Kardashian-Jenner party.

Kris and Caitlyn Jenner purchased the property as Bruce during Caitlyn’s transition in 2010. Over the years, it has been the backdrop of many milestones and memories.
Sources close to Kris revealed that the deal was a bittersweet decision because of the deep emotional value of the house. But she longs for her new owner to cherish it just as much.
Although Chris has not lived in a mansion for some time, it has accommodated other family members. Kim Kardashian stayed there when her own home was being renovated, where Rob Kardashian lived with his daughter’s Dream.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner were teenagers when the family moved in, and their bedrooms still feature custom closets and en suite bathrooms. Kris’s main suite is an outstanding fireplace, wet bar, gym, steam shower, balcony and closet that once housed her extensive birkin bag collection.
The backyard has a swimming pool, spa and barbecue area for numerous Kuwtk Scene. Real estate agent Tomer Fridman is working on the list, marking the end of this era of reality TV history.
