“Let me remove the dust.
“During the Ninth Congress, we received more requests for national creation, some of which were made through private member bills. Some were from memorandums we requested, and at the Tenth Congress, we received 30 instead of 31.
“I think, on that list, they repeat twice Ibadan State. What we received was 30.
“As we said, none of these 30 proposals meet the requirements of Section 8, which is why we decided to submit it to a notice from the Nigerian that your application is invalid before us.
“So you need to comply with Section 8 so that when we don’t consider the state creation request, you will know where it was sent.
“So, the notification to the public is that you have your scope between now and March 5 so that you can resolve the gap in applying for domestic creation.”
