Jessica Alba has formally filed for divorce from her husband Cash Warren.
According to the documents, the 43-year-old actress filed in Los Angeles County Court on Friday, February 7, on the grounds of irreconcilable disagreements and listed her separation date as December 27, 2024.
Alba married Warren, 46, on May 19, 2008, and they shared three children: Honors at 16, 13, Hayes, 7.
She applied for joint custody. The actress also requested that her legal name be restored to Jessica Marie Alba.
After reporting on their separation, Alba broke the silence on Instagram on January 16 to confirm their division.
“I have been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years, both personally and with cash,” the star wrote at the time. “I am proud of how couples and marriages have grown in the past 20 years, now It’s time to start a new chapter of growth and development.”
The honest company co-founder continues: “We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will always be a family. Our children remain our highest priority and we currently demand privacy.”
