    President Bola Ahmed Tinubu congratulated the famous Nollywood actor, comedian, singer and screenwriter Nkem Owoh on his 70th birthday.

    In a statement released by spokesman Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu praised Owoh for his important contribution to the Nigerian entertainment industry, acknowledging that he is one of his most popular figures.

    Fans affectionately call it “Osuofia”, a champion he won in his memorable performances in the hit comedy series Ikuku 1 and 2 and Osuofia in London – Nkem Owoh has attracted audiences for years of humor and adaptation sex.

    Tinubu recognizes that Owoh’s commitment to storytelling not only entertains millions, but also presents Nigeria’s rich cultural heritage to audiences around the world.

    “Today, we celebrate a true legend whose talent has brought joy to generations of Nigerians and Africans around the world. Through his iconic role, especially as Osuofia, Mr. Owoh is in His name is engraved in our annual book in cultural history. He uses laughter and creativity to reflect the vitality and resilience of our society.

    “His work is entertained and united through laughter and storytelling. I hope he will continue to be healthy, happy and creative for years to come.”
