The Civil Aviation Authority of Nigeria (NCAA) said it would take legal action against Kenyan Airlines to violate its operating laws.

Naija News Reports say that public affairs and consumers’ protection of NCAA, Michael Michael, Nigerian passengers updated Kenya Airlines’ violations, including Honor Omisore.

According to him, Kenya Airlines does not impose complaints from Gloria Omisore. He also said the airline’s management claimed it had no copy of the NCAA regulations.

“The Kenya Airlines team is ignorant of the NCAA regulations. We sent them a copy of it. But how do you act abroad without fitting the relevant regulations? This is with the person who claims that Omisore should know the travel documents needed for her travel. What’s the difference?

“To this end, we are learning and re-learning the NCAA Regulation 2023 for all airlines in Nigeria. People want knowledge of all necessary regulations to be crucial.

“In other long-term signed cases of the KQ team attending the meeting, the CAA was frustrated with the airline’s actions. The case of unpaid refunds, despite admitting that the loss was lost, did not compensate for the lost luggage and failed to fulfill the promise. .

“So, the NCAA is launching strict enforcement actions against Kenya Airlines. This operation will be due process. I have brought our legal department to the attention,” He said.

Respond to the problem of Nigeria X users Kenya Airlines Achimugu explained that Kenya and Nigeria share bilateral relations.

“Anyone can stop using any airline. The essence of sanctions is not to punish, but to ensure compliance with regulations that ensure passengers’ safety and a better travel experience.

Kenya Airlines flies to Lagos every week. Sometimes, they have two flights. You may want to do math. Nigeria has good relations with Kenya.

“The NCAA Consumer Protection Department can also protect Kenya Airlines when necessary. There are reports on airlines that we have closed in accordance with regulations with their advantages.

“We will get the job done without prejudice. It’s no joke. You can’t see me responding to the thousands of insults that Kenyans have thrown at me. I believe they need to show support for the airlines, it’s Admirable,He explained.
