    Chairman Rafi LGA, Ayuba Usman Katako confirmed the attack, saying the Niger and Kaduna state governments need to work together to ensure the safety of the two states.

    “Indeed, the bandits attacked the Pandogari community. In fact, this is not the only attack in the past two weeks. Wednesday’s attack was the third.

    “In previous attacks, they have only successfully kidnapped some people in certain villages, but died Wednesday before the kidnapping of eight people, but four of them eventually escaped,” he explained.

    Zubairu Isma’ila Zannan Kwangoma, a member of the Rafi constituency representing the Niger State Capitol, noted in a motion for the importance of emergency disclosure on the floor of the house that terrorists were kidnapped 122 people in a month and in two of them killed two Rafi LGA

    He listed the most affected communities, including Pandogari, Gidigori, Linga and Kavo, adding that after the displacement, the affected communities suffered severe economic hardship and agricultural destruction.
