Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Biafra Indigenous Peoples (IPOB), publicly criticized Nigerian prosecutors and courts, accusing them of lacking enough knowledge of the country’s legal framework.
Kanu is still in custody, according to a video shared by TVC News, who expressed frustration when he appeared in the Federal High Court of Abuja on Monday.
Kanu was obviously angry and condemned what he called systemic legal ignorance, which he believed was a contribution to widespread injustice in the country. He stressed that prosecutors and courts complying with Nigerian laws is detrimental to the country’s legal integrity.
