Speaking at the temporary ceremony of reconstruction and dualization of OWERRINTA-UMUEKEA ROAD 5.5 km, Otti stressed that his government received funds before carrying out any projects and ensured timely completion and quality execution.

Otti stressed that Owowrinta-Umuekea Road, with an 18-month completion schedule, will provide a seamless travel experience for commuters near IMO and Anambra states.
Otti also pointed to a recent National Bureau of Statistics report that rated ABIA as one of the few states with zero debt to contractors, a achievement attributed to his government’s financial prudence.
