A U.S. Congressman claimed that Boko Haram and other terrorist groups were funded by the Obama and Biden administrations and caused serious damage in Nigeria.

Nigeria News Nalin It was reported that Scott Perry, a Republican Congressman who represents Pennsylvania (USA) said that terrorist organizations funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) (such as Boko Haram, al-Qaeda, etc.)

He revealed this at the first meeting of the Government Efficiency Delivery Efficiency Subcommittee held Thursday, February 13, at the U.S. subcommittee on Wednesday.

The conference, titled “War of Waste: Fighting Improper Payments and Fraud”, centered on the alleged abuse of taxpayers’ money.

Perry said: “Who got some money? Will this name ring the bell for anyone in the room?

“The transport of cash funds in ISIS, al Qaeda, Boko Haram, ISIS Khorasan, terrorist training camps is $697 million each year. That’s the money.

He noted that the subcommittee’s website notes that it will work closely with the Trump administration’s Department of Efficiency (DOGE) to eliminate waste, strengthen dangerous payment systems, and thoroughly investigate programs designed to deceive taxpayers.

Perry also noted that the USD allocation of USD 136 million to build 120 schools in Pakistan, claiming there is no evidence that these schools are actually established.

and added: “If you think that the program under the program of lasting action is called “Women’s Scholarship”, the program receives $60 million per year or leads of young women, and will receive about $5 million per year you read the Inspector General’s report , tell you that the Taliban does not allow women to speak in public, but you somehow you believe and expect Americans to believe that the money will improve Afghan women. It is not.

“You are funding terrorism, and this is coming through the US satellite. It’s not just Afghanistan, because Pakistan is right next door.

“Last year, USAID spent $840 million on education-related programs in Pakistan.

“It includes $136 million to build 120 schools, with zero evidence that any of them were built.

“Why is there any evidence? The Inspector General is unable to participate.

“But you know? We doubled and spent $20 million from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to create educational TV shows for children who can’t go to physics.

“Yes, they can’t participate because it doesn’t exist. You pay.

“The others got the money. You’re paying for terrorism. It’s got to end.”

U.S. President Donald Trump had previously advocated the closure of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), calling the organization a corrupt agency.
