Police announce two people are wanted on suspicion of conspiracy and M8rder in the Delta

The 5th District Headquarters of the Nigerian Police Force announced that two people were involved in the so-called M8rder and conspiracy that committed the M8rder in the Delta.

Regional Police Public Relations Officer SP Tijani Momoh identified the suspects as Christopher Odiakose and Leonard Happy in the Ogwashi-uku community in Delta.

Moho said in a statement provided to Abuja news reporters on Monday, February 17, 2025 that Aig Arungwa Nwazue, in charge of Edo and Delta, announced that the two men wanted.

He explained that they were declared suspected of alleged crime, allegedly in Delta, Ogwashi-uku, on December 24, 2024

The spokesman said that rewards will be provided to anyone or a group of people who provide useful information that leads to the arrest of any wanted criminal.

He said the arrest warrant for the arrest of the suspect had been properly obtained from relevant authorities

According to him, this is under Article 4 of the Police Act revised in 2020.

“The suspect is part of a terrorist organization that has been intimidating Ogwashi-uku, causing a serious security crisis in the community,” the statement said.

“If seen, they will be arrested and handed over to the nearest police station or the Assistant Inspector General’s Office of the Police Department, the 5th District Headquarters of Benin City.

“You can also call the designated police hotline – 08038059618.

“The public is advised to act with caution and not to directly hire suspects because they may be armed and dangerous.”
