Arsenal FC received a referee fine in the Premier League after the incident with Lewis-Skelly’s red card.

The FA is officially charged with official charges after Myles Lewis-Skelly’s red card surrounds the controversy.

Arsenal was dropped to 10 men in the first half in the Premier League clash with Wolverhampton Rangers last week after Lewis-Skelly won a blunt red card , to challenge Wolves guard Matt Doherty. The decision made by referee Michael Oliver sparked immediate debate among fans and experts. However, despite the VAR review, the referee insisted on his initial call.

The FA has now provided the latest news on the situation confirming that Arsenal was prosecuted for his reaction to the incident. An independent regulatory committee imposed a fine of £65,000 on Saturday, January 25.

“Arsenal have been accused of failing to ensure their players are acting in proper manner around the 43rd minute,” he said. His FA statement said, adding that the club accepted the charges.

After the regulatory hearing, the committee released written reasoning, including a letter from Arsenal. The club argues that their players are still “Civil rather than aggressive,” No participation “Gesturing or accusing behavior”, And avoiding actions that can be considered “Occurrence, violence, threatening, abuse, indecent, insult or provocation.”

However, the FA objected, pointing out that at some point as many as nine Arsenal players gathered around the referee. Furthermore, they said the red card that was later overturned in the appeal did not justify the player’s reaction or serve as a reason for leniency.
