Pap Helmsman noted that Clark is a charismatic leader and mentor, under his guidance, the Ilia National Congress (INC), the Southern People’s Congress, the Pan-Niger Delta Forum (Pandef) ) and the famous Socio-Political Platform Forum (SMBLF) of Southern and Middle-Belt Leaders and others became strong leadership voices based on the principles of fairness, equity and justice.
