    PA Clark: IYC West mourns visionary idols

    The Ijaw Youth Council in the West mourns the death of Pa Edwin Clark, the leader of Ijan state.

    Daily Report Nigeria recalls Pa Clark died on Monday, February 17, 2025 and the family was declared 97 years old.

    The group consisting of Delta, Edo and Ondo State described the late politician as a visionary idol who is “the judicial champion and the rights of the people of the Niger Delta and a relentless advocate of development.”

    IYC describes Clark’s contribution to the growth and development of the Niger Delta as “immeasurable”.

    “The impact of Clark on the Niger Delta region is obvious, and he is evident in promoting education, health care and economic development,” said IYC Western Region Chairman Igalama.

    “We remember Chief Clark as a brave and principled leader who was unwavering even in the face of adversity.

    “His commitment to justice, fairness and good governance has inspired countless individuals and groups to move towards a better future for the people of the Niger Delta.
