Justice Inyang Edem Ekwo ordered Anyanwu to inform INEC and other defendants to appear in court and file aspects of the case.

The case has been adjourned until February 24.
The federal high court in Abuja rejected Senator Samuel Anyanwu’s request to block the Independent National Election Commission (INEC) in order to make him the People’s Democratic State Secretary (PDP).
Instead, Justice Inyang Edem Ekwo ordered Anyanwu to notify INEC and other defendants to appear in court and raise aspects of the case.
Anyanwu has turned to the court through a party application, praying that the judge will restrict the role of INEC or its agents to accept or confer the PDP in written and written submissions, but he signed the PDP.

His attorney, Kco Njemanze (SAN), also asked the judge to restrict Ambassador Umar Illiya Damagun from forwarding any letters, documents or written submissions to INEC unless signed by Anyanwu.

After hearing the submission, Judge Ekwo ruled that an urgency case had been established but refused to pass the former party application to approve Anyanwu.
He prefers to hear from the defendant before giving any orders. The judge directed Anyanwu to provide procedures for the court on INEC and Damagun and to custody the case until February 24.
CBN assured Keystone Bank client after court order
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) assured the clients of Keystone Bank to not panic after a court order was ordered to confiscate the bank’s shares to the federal government.
Apex Bank in a statement signed by CBN company COMBAN COMPLOCATIONS, Apex Bank said Keystone Bank is still safe, reasonable and fully operational.
