President of the State Reversal National Youth Commission, Prince Enniola Joseph Ojajuni was shot and kidnapped by kidnappers in Abuja.
Naija News It was learned that the Afenifere Group revealed in a statement through its state secretary Abiodun Aderohunmu on Thursday that Ojajuni was kidnapped on Monday, February 17, 2025.
Prince Ojajuni suffered bullet wounds in his hip during the kidnapping, Aderohunmu said, adding that the kidnappers demanded a ransom of Rs 100 crore.
He said “The Afenifere National Youth Commission has been deeply saddened to announce the kidnap of Prince Enniola Joseph Ojajonici, the President of the State of Abuja, Nigeria.
“The unfortunate incident happened on Monday, with the kidnapper demanding a ransom of N100 million n100 million.
“We are deeply concerned about his safety and well-being and we urge the kidnappers to be harmed.
“Prince Ojajuni is an outstanding figure in Nigerians and a staunch advocate for youth empowerment and development.
“We call on the Nigerian authorities to take immediate action to ensure the safe release of Prince Ojajuni. We also call on the public to provide any information that may lead to his rescue.
“The Afenifere National Youth Council will continue to work tirelessly to ensure the safe return of Prince Ojajuni and to advocate for the safety and security of all Nigerians.”
