
48 Nigerian women and two children have been deported from Libya to Nigeria.
This was done by Libya to combat illegal immigration (DCIM) with the support of the Nigerian Consular Service and International Organization for Migration (IOM).
The repatriation was conducted through the Mitiga International Airport, ensuring their safe return to Nigeria.
Immigration Rescue Watch announced the development in a statement about X.
“DCIM supports 48 #immigrant women’s DCIM with 2 Nigerian nationalities through Mitiga Int Airport,” the statement reads.
