    The late Nigerian singer Mohbad’s widow Omoawunmi Aloba protects her husband she met with her 12 years ago.

    Naija News Recalling that Mobad died on September 12, 2023, his father, Joseph Aloba, was buried, who was in Ikoro, Lagos State less than 24 hours after his tragic death Ikorodu buried.

    His body was subjected to an autopsy on September 21 after controversy surrounding the singer’s death.

    Although the autopsy results are still under trial, Mohabad’s father continued to insist that the dead singer’s body would be reconsidered only when the autopsy results were released, and his grandson Liam had a DNA test to Confirm his father.

    In an interview with TVC on Friday, February 21, 2025, Omawunmi said she met Mohbad when they were both teenagers on social media app 2GO.

    One’s mother said they started their relationship as friends before they developed into lovers.

    She said “I met him on 2Go when I was 13. That was 12 years ago. I used to be a rapper and he sang, so we started with friends. We were very young at that time. He was 15. He brought it up with me Relationship, I accepted it. We got married and had a child later.”

    Meanwhile, the fasting rising singer, Owodunni Ibrahim, widely known as Prime Boy, sued his late best friend Mohbad, the mother of Abosede Adeyemo for allegations of defamation.

    Naija News It was reported that Prime Boy shared legal documents filed on the Instagram page on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 in the Lagos State High Court.

    Prime Minister Boy sued Abosede for allegedly slanderous and malicious remarks against him in a video interview on March 28, 2024.

    According to a February 12, 2025 document, Abosede’s comments were published in several news media aimed at slandering him in the eyes of the public.

    Prime Boy further claimed that Mohbad’s mother should pay 50 million in damages for the defamatory, harmful, false and malicious statements issued against him.
