CDHR demands prosecution of IBB in the June 12 election.

Nigeria News Nalin It is reported that the Human Rights Organization Defense Commission (CDHR) called for prosecution of former military ruler General Ibrahim Badamasi Babajda (IBB) because he was in the presidential election on June 12, 1993.

The CDHR’s demand came after Babangida’s recent public acknowledgement that he was involved in the abolition, which CDHR described as “dreaming” the Nigerians believed he was acting sincerely.

In a statement issued on Saturday, CDHR regarded Babangida’s actions as a “social and political and moral attack” against Nigerians, undermining democracy and leading to widespread human rights violations.

In a statement signed by its President Debo Adeniran, the group emphasized that the abolition was a “coup” against the Mko Abiola government, which was denied a legitimate victory.

The statement read in part: “The Commission on Defending Human Rights (CDHR) has embraced the infamous facts of June 12, with former military ruler Ibrahim Badamasi Babajda (RTD) infamous Notorious. His public confession about his role in the illegal abolition of illegal abolition on June 12, 1993, that the presidential election was an attempt to deceive the unsuspecting Nigerians, thinking that naughty dictators were actually on violent sociopolitics And moral attacks actually meant very well to him, he exerted a huge attack on them. Rich behavior.
