Suspected as a kidnapper, the gunman attacked a church in Ogwash-ku, Delta State, shot a pastor and kidnapped six believers.

The attack took place around 10 p.m. in a church near Delta State Polytechnic Institute, which left the apostle sacred Aigbedosa omodia hospitalized with gunshot wounds.
The attack has heightened concerns about the safety of religious centers, with residents calling on authorities to act quickly to rescue the kidnapped victims and bring the perpetrators to justice.

The victims were identified as Helen Onwuamaeze, Ariyo Emmanuel, Chike Okolo and Blessing Waye, and the Anonymous guard.
