At least four people are K! lled, which included two children, while several others were kidnapped by suspicious bandits in Zamfara State in a series of attacks.
Intelligence sources told security analyst Zagazola Makama that the attack occurred between the evening of Sunday, February 24, 2025 and targeted communities in Gusau and Bukuyyum local government areas.
At around 8:30 p.m. Sunday, bandits kidnapped six women in the village of Shemori in the Mada area.
Early Monday morning, another group of gunmen rushed into Kairu community in the Zugu area, killing two residents and kidnapping unspecified numbers.
Around the same time, bandits attacked Hayin Bajumi in Gusau LGA Mada Town, where they burned an Aliyu Usman’s house.

The attackers also kidnapped Usman’s neighbor’s wife and her one-year-old baby before fleeing.
