The 2024 summer transfer window will always be remembered by the legendary transfer between Naples and Victor Osimhen.
Nigeria International is eager to stay away from Serie A club after things broke out between themselves and Naples earlier in the 2023/24 season. However, a deal was reached as Victor Osimhen was loaned to Turkey’s side, and Galatasaray’s release clause was reduced from £120 million to £65 million for the rest of the 2024/25 season.
Naples director Giovanni Miana confirmed in a statement that the club is aware of the forward release terms and they will take action to ensure it is different from last season.
“Victor Osimhen does have a release clause. We are working to find solutions as soon as possible to avoid being late as last summer.”
There are a lot of top clubs interested in signing Osimhen, but the players have no tips on where he will play football next season.
