President Tinubu’s special adviser in media and strategy, Bayo Onanuga, has advised Nigerians to seek other sources of income as they continue to fight against economic difficulties.
In an interview with Channels TV, Onanuga was asked to speak to Nigerians who found it difficult to cope with rising cost of living.
He said;
“What I want to tell them is to bring them practical solutions. If you are doing a job, say office assistant and earn a minimum wage or something, try finding something else to increase your income. You cannot live with an income. Americans call it moonlight. People work in the office or do some mean job and find that one income cannot sustain them. They need to find something to add to it. If you have a farmland nearby, plant it, plant crops so you can reduce your expenses, and so on. These are some practical things that people can survive in their current economy. People just need to find solutions themselves”
