The Kano State Government has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to order the evacuation of Aminu Ado Bayero from the Nasarawa Palace, accusing some of him of using his ongoing presence to exacerbate unrest in the state.

Speaking at the Kano Government Building during relief materials provided by representatives from the federal constituency of Tarauni, Deputy Governor Kabiru Dahiru Sule, and Deputy Governor Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo reiterated the government’s position and urged the president to step in immediately.

Naija News Gvazo reportedly did not laugh at him and called on Tinubu to relocate the Emir he installed and restore the peace in Kano.

“We call on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to remove Emir who ascended the throne and remained in the cemetery.

“The people of Kano, especially young people, are tired of this nonsense. It is shocking that in a democratic environment, security forces are deploying to peaceful protesters fire tear gas at tear gas, and some reports even accused of the use of ammunition on site,” he said. My hero said.

He further criticized the deployment of military personnel throughout the city and said “At night, military vehicles patrol the city and even park in front of my house. But we want to make it clear that there is no intimidation. This is a democracy, and whether some people like it or not, it must be maintained.”

Kano government supports protests against Emir Bayero

The recent protests by the Lieutenant Governor for Kano residents are justified, emphasizing that peaceful demonstrations are a fundamental democratic right.

He condemned security forces for suppressing protesters and arrests and insisted that Kano residents have the right to demand the evacuation of Emir Bayero.

Heroes are sure “The President should remove the Emir he appointed and bring him to his own state. Kano already has an Emir, and that is Mohamed Sanusi II. Today, no matter who you are, even if you are the “Emir of the World”, you cannot appoint the Emir of Kano unless you are Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.”

He accused the powerful political forces of trying to undermine the Kano government by leaving Emir Bayero at the Nasarawa Palace. He stressed that the law promoted the restoration of Sanusi II and must be respected.

“The same law promoted the appointment of the former Emir and also restored Mohamed Sanusi II. The rule of law must be maintained and no individual or institution may attempt to prevent the rule of law.” He said.

The Kano State Government insists that President Tinubu must act quickly to prevent further escalation of tensions and ensure that democratic principles are maintained in the state.
