One person died, others were injured when the driver ram fell into a German crowd

On Monday, March 3, a driver ploughed among crowds in the German city of Mannheim, killing at least one person and causing more damage.

Police said a person has been arrested.

Armed police closed the inner city, where the front window was smashed and could see damaged cars.

Police did not call the latest incident an attack, but said the car was driven to the shopping area at around 12:15 p.m. (1115 GMT) after the alleged “perpetrator” was arrested.

“We can now confirm that a car was driven into the pedestrian area and one of them was killed,” police spokesman Stefan Wilhelm said.

“We can confirm that a suspect was arrested,” he said, adding that the “investigation is continuing.”

William said residents were urged to “avoid inner city areas” during the main police operation. Officers with heavy weapons blocked the area and police helicopters saw it in the air.

The Double Daily said two people were injured in the incident and 25 were injured, and the pictures showed an ambulance near the city’s historic water tower.

A reporter at the news channel NTV said: “At least one person was lying on the tarp” and the children’s shoes were scattered among the fragments scattered on the ground.

Police have called on residents to avoid downtown and stay indoors when most of the area is evacuated.

The Baden Wootenberg State Department of the Interior has warned the population of “life-threatening situations” through its disaster warning app.

The intensive care unit at the University Hospital of Mannheim announced a disaster alert.

German cities have seen several violent attacks, including stabbing the spleen and crashing attacks, blamed asylum seekers.

This is the third time in three months since the driver intends to crash the crowd and the German crowd into the crowd.
