    Apply for Oando 2025 Graduate Acceleration Program (OGAP) now

    Nigeria News Nalin According to the report, Oando will work with NNPC E&P Limited (NEPL) to adopt enthusiastic, tenacious, driven, self-motivated young graduates from the work market through its 2025 Oando Joint Venture Graduate Acceleration Program (OGAP).

    Oando Plc said at OGAP Drive in 2025, “Amid the commitment to sustainable development in the energy sector, the vital lifeline of the Nigerian economy, Oando collaborates with NNPC E&P Limited (NEPL) to ensure energy training and by developing a generation, Oando collaborates with NNPC E&P Limited (NEPL). As a proud indigenous company, nothing is better than knowing that we not only identify and tease out the talent at home but also leverage our platform to attract young Nigerians from diaspora back home to support the creation of a more prosperous country.”

    “The 2025 OGAP aims to be a young, innovative and enthusiastic graduate ready to change the oil and gas industry. Oando is seeking footwear (2.1) with a bachelor’s degree in individuals with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, geosciences, business administration, economics or related courses at least second-level (2.1).

    “As of January 1, 2025, applicants must not be over 26 years of age and must complete the National Youth Services Group (NYSC) program by April 2025.

    “They should have no more than two (2) years of work experience and have obtained at least five (5) b’s and two (2) C’s in SSCE, NECO or GCE O-Level, which must include math and English.

    “It is not only a job opportunity, but an opportunity to learn from the best, grow and have a significant impact on the industry.

    These criteria are not only lists; they represent Oando’s commitment to choosing the smartest ideas and make it possible to lead and innovate. Through OGAP, Oando is creating a structured avenue for young graduates to gain valuable hands-on experience, guidance from industry veterans, and engagement with cutting-edge technologies and practices. ”
