    The two were in Kaduna

    Two people identified as John Moses and Yakubu Mohammed were sentenced to D3ATH by R3PE suspension and surgical cast cutting in Kaduna State.

    Hajiya Rabi Salisu, the State Director of the Ministry of Public Services and Social Development, revealed this to Daily Trust on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, saying that third party Mustapha Musa was sentenced to life imprisonment to R3PE.

    She said the ministry had been convicted of three rape charges between June 2024 and February 2025.

    She describes these beliefs as a good development and hopes that it will become a deterrent to others.

    “The ministry convicted Justice Nana (kdh/kad/kad/57c/2023, on June 7, 2024; John Moses v. John Moses, who was convicted of two charges and incest in Section 258 of the Criminal Code of 2017, which was amended and sentenced to D3ATH and SURGIALTATION and sentenced to Casstration and Surgical casstration.

    “The Ministry also received a conviction on 6 February 2025 at Kdh/kad/kad/69c/2023; State and Yakubu Mohammed Officials B. Yusuf, in which the defendants sentenced Cascarity and Surgical and Surgical to Article 258, Article 1 of the Penal Code Act.

    “The Ministry was once again convicted before Justice Isa Aliyu of KDH/KAD/KAD/66C/2021 on 24 February 2025; State vs. Mustapha Musa, in which the defendant was convicted under R3PE under Article 258 of the Criminal Law Act and sentenced to Article 258 of the Criminal Law Act.”

    The cases were handled by MP Danjuma Esq, she said. and Halimatu S. Bello Esq.
