Nigerian music star Tiwa Savage reveals her ambitious plan to build an empire to consolidate her legacy among the global homemade women.
Recent interview Forbes AfricaThe 45-year-old singer shared that her vision is a lifelong dream. In reflecting on her journey, she tells the story of her passion for entertainment since childhood and always knows that she will surpass music.
“When I went to school, there were basic topics like math, English, and then electives like sports, drama and music. I chose drama and even from that stage, I knew I had a performance gift,” She shared. “Even if I started my music career, I knew I would eventually go back to that field.”
“I want to enter my tycoon era,” She said firmly, emphasizing her desire to create opportunities on the stage.
One of her major initiatives includes establishing a music school or scholarship program to support upcoming artists. Tiwa Savage revealed that she would rather sign her tag than help them in other ways, acknowledging the challenge of managing musicians.
“Everyone always asks, ‘When are you going to sign an artist?’ I don’t think I have a gift because the artist will feel stressed,'” She explained.
Instead, she envisions a training platform where aspiring musicians can improve their skills before trading with a label equipped with labels that are capable of supporting their growth.
With this new stage, Giant Money Giant Crooner’s goal is to shape the next generation of musicians while cementing her position as an industry tycoon.
