    NSCDC officials whip 13-year-old student under heating

    Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC responded after an attack involving its officials.

    Officials are currently inquiring, according to a confirmation statement issued by Corps spokesman Femi-Daniels Aidamenbor on Wednesday, March 5.

    He said;
