The prestigious Forbes African Women’s Award has been named the winner of the 2025 Iconic African Women’s Award.
The Forbes African Women Award is an award that celebrates excellence, innovation and resilience, highlighting that women have destroyed barriers and inspired change across the continent.
The agency reveals the 10th edition of the 2025th edition of the award, which recognizes women as pioneers in various fields for their outstanding contributions to leadership, entertainment, business and society.

This year’s list is awarded to Nigerian women, such as Ngozi Okonjo-iweala, Director General of the World Trade Organization (WTO), who won the Forbes Lifetime Achievement Award.
