Google launched Hustle Academy 2025, aiming to empower small and medium-sized businesses in Africa through AI, marketing and business skills.
Nigeria News Nalin Google today announced the opening of the 2025 Hustle Academy program, which aims to enhance the capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs) in Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa. Building on the success of previous years, the program will continue to emphasize AI-driven business training, as well as the popular “Hustle Academy Takes You to Bring You to You” speaker series.
Despite their critical role in driving economic growth in Africa, small and medium-sized enterprises across the continent often face significant obstacles. Limited access to funding, insufficient business resources, and lack of expertise hinder their ability to expand and thrive. Google’s Hustle Academy solves these challenges directly by providing hands-on training, expert guidance and a strong network of entrepreneurs, enabling SMB to overcome obstacles and unlock its full potential.
Since 2022, Google’s Hustle Academy has provided important support for more than 15,000 small and medium-sized businesses that have completed their bootcamps. The 2025 plan will further provide entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge they need to expand their business in today’s digital landscape.
“We are excited to continue our commitment by launching the 2025 Hustle Academy,” said Kristy Grant, head of marketing at Google SSA. “This year, we are strengthening our AI-driven business training to enable small and medium-sized businesses to leverage cutting-edge technologies to grow. We are also excited to bring back “Hustle Academy brings you”, which includes inspiring stories from successful African business leaders.”
Free Virtual Busy Academy 2025 Bootcamp will provide in-depth training for participants:
