Nigeria News Nalin The report said President Bola Ahmed Tinubu approved the reconstruction of the National Petroleum Corporation of Nigeria (NNPC) Limited Commission, marking a major change in leadership, which is the president of the Chief Pius Akinyelure and Mele Kyari as the group CEO (CEO).

The statement outlines the decision also involves all other board members appointed in November 2023 along with Akinyelure and Kyari.
The president appointed Bashir Bayo Ojulari as CEO of the new group, while Ahmadu Musa Kida was appointed as non-executive chairman of the reorganized board.
